Our kits are sold without posts, as they are not essential if you already have pillars or supports suitable for installation. If you need them, discover our promotional packs that include the product of your choice and its matching posts. To ensure a safe and stable installation of your sliding gate, the posts must be at least 160 cm high and at least 15 cm wide.
How should you maintain your aluminum structure?
Aluminum requires little maintenance, but regular cleaning extends its lifespan. Once or twice a year, simply use warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive products and high-pressure cleaning, which can damage the lacquer.

EIFEL powder-coated aluminum posts have been specially designed for the installation of swing gates, sliding gates, or wickets.
The practical cap on our EIFEL posts is easy to install and remove, allowing you to run electrical wires through them if you need to motorize your gate or wicket, or to install motorized accessories (flashing lights, photocells, etc.).
This 15x15cm EIFEL post, measuring 166cm high, is suitable for all aluminum gates and wickets up to 140cm high.

Tips:
Gate weight less than 80 kg: You can secure your post by screwing the post mounting plate to the ground (bolts included in our kits)*
Gate weight over 80 kg: It is recommended to concrete and reinforce the EIFEL post to strengthen it (see technical diagram).
* For hollow posts, we recommend securing the plate using 10x120 mm anchor bolts for a stronger and more secure attachment. For concrete-covered posts, you can easily secure your post using the bolts included in our kits.
