What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 3x2.5m freestanding bioclimatic pergola combines a generous 7.9m² surface area with complete installation freedom, requiring no wall attachment. This package includes three VENTO privacy louvers to fully enclose one 3m side. This provides you with a completely private outdoor space, protected from wind, UV rays, and prying eyes, while still allowing for natural ventilation. The ideal solution for a garden or patio where privacy and freedom of placement are paramount.

About the materials: This package combines a freestanding, powder-coated aluminum pergola with three VENTO galvanized steel and aluminum louvered frames. The aluminum of the main structure is lightweight, robust, and naturally corrosion-resistant, guaranteeing exceptional longevity. The epoxy-coated steel roof slats reinforce this strength with a durable finish. The galvanized steel louvers and aluminum slats provide consistent lateral protection that complements the rest of the structure, offering both strength and aesthetic appeal for intensive outdoor use in all seasons.

Maintaining your pergola and louvered frames: Clean the powder-coated aluminum frame of the pergola once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The 3 VENTO shutters can be cleaned with clear water by rinsing between the slats to remove dust and residue. Avoid abrasive products, scouring sponges, and high-pressure jets to preserve the integrity of the finish on the entire pack.
