The SANTIS Driveway swing gate, with its simple and classic design is the perfect compromise between openwork and fully boarded swing gate.
This vertical mixed infill model will allow you to reconcile luminosity and privacy by means of a barred opening in the upper part and a shading in the lower part.

Swing gate automation HICKER B200

The HICKER B200 worm gear motorisation is compatible with all swing gates made of iron, aluminium, PVC and wood.
You can motorise your gate up to 200kg per leaf and 3.00M in length per leaf.

The motorisation includes :
2 motors with a voltage of 24VDC / 60W
A control box
A central gate stop. This stop is to be used if you have an automatic mechanical stop. Indeed, when you motorise your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stop does not hold back your gate. It is your swing gate motorisation that will secure your entrance.
2 fixing brackets for pillars allowing several opening angle configurations.
2 fixing brackets to fix your motorisation to your swing gate.
2 4-button remote controls with batteries included and protective cover
A set of screws and bolts to fix your motorisation to your posts, the control box and the shoe.

The screws to fix the motorisation on the gate. The screws must be adapted to each type of gate and depend on the thickness of your gate.
For Casanoov swing gates, we advise you to fix your motorisation arms with Rivkle type blind rivets between 8 and 12mm long. The fixing bracket should be positioned on the reinforced slats provided for this purpose on all our swing gates and wicket doors.

Functionality of the HICKER B200 motorisation:
Opens inwards and outwards.
Opening angle between 90° and 110°.
The opening angle is determined by your installation constraints.

Manual disengagement of the motorisation in case of power failure.

Arm opening speed up to 2.4cm / second or approximately 17 seconds.

The opening performance can be varied by using the soft opening and closing mode.
The opening and closing speed as well as the drive power can be set to 20 different positions.
After opening the gate can be closed automatically according to your chosen time interval between 0 and 99 seconds.
You can choose to open the gate from one leaf to two = pedestrian mode.

Installation advice :
Always check that your installation distances are included in the installation table. The installation distances determine the opening angle of your gate.
The worm gear motors have a start and end stop. Once your motorization is installed, you must manipulate your gate manually to locate the travel range of your arm and position the stops accordingly.
