Are posts included?
Our kits do not include posts, as they are not always necessary. If you already have posts in place, installation is possible without adding any additional materials. For those who need them, we offer value packs with compatible posts. The minimum height of the posts for this swing gate is 140 cm.
How should I maintain my aluminum product?
Aluminum requires very little maintenance. To maintain its shine and durability, clean it once or twice a year with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly, and avoid abrasive products or high-pressure cleaning, which could damage the powder coating.

The BUNKER B500 articulated arm operator is ideal for motorizing swing gates up to 6 meters long and weighing up to 500 kg (i.e., 3 meters and 250 kg maximum per leaf).
Specially designed for swing gates, this articulated arm operator will allow you to motorize any type of swing gate, whether new or existing, made of iron, aluminum, PVC, or wood.
Comprising two motorized, articulated arms, each designed to motorize one leaf of your gate, the BUNKER B500 operator offers the unique advantage of achieving a natural movement, very similar to manual opening thanks to its articulated arm mechanism.

Our installation instructions have been designed to guide you step by step through the proper operation of your gate operator, using clear instructions accompanied by illustrations to facilitate your understanding. Accessories not included with the BUNKER B500 motor:
Screws to secure the motor to the gate. These screws must be adapted to each type of gate and chosen according to the thickness of your gate. For Casanoov swing gates, we recommend securing your motor arms with Rivkle blind rivets between 8 and 12 mm long. The mounting bracket must be positioned on the reinforced slats provided for this purpose on all our swing gates and wickets.
The stop must be used if you have a tilt stop for manual gates. When you motorize your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stop does not hold it back. Your motor will lock and secure your swing gate.
