The powder-coated structure, Qualicoat certified, provides lasting protection against corrosion and weathering.
The composite infill withstands external stresses without swelling, cracking, or rotting. Its wood-effect appearance remains warm, and the powder-coated aluminum frame plays a crucial structural role: it stabilizes the slats, resists corrosion, and ensures precise operation.

The composite swing gate meets the needs of those who appreciate the look of wood but prefer to avoid its drawbacks. Composite materials require no treatment against moisture and are resistant to rot. Combined with a rigid aluminum frame, it reduces the risk of warping and ensures overall durability, even with frequent use. This design is particularly well-suited for regular residential use.
A few washes with soapy water are all it takes to clean a composite gate without altering its wood-like appearance. It is recommended to use a cloth or soft brush, then rinse. Maintaining an aluminum gate is just as simple: water, mild detergent, and a wipe are all that's needed. No stain, oil, or paint is required. It is best to work in the shade, on a cool surface, to avoid drying marks.

The RANGER B150 linear actuator is ideal for automating swing gates up to 4 meters long and weighing up to 300 kg (i.e., 2 meters and 150 kg maximum per leaf).
Designed specifically for swing gates, this linear actuator system allows you to automate any type of swing gate, whether new or existing, made of iron, aluminum, PVC, or wood.
Its simple and discreet design provides an easy-to-use electric gate without compromising the aesthetics of your gate or detracting from your property's exterior.
This actuator system consists of two linear actuator arms, each designed to automate one leaf of your gate. The pistons inside the actuators extend to close the gate and retract when opening.
Supplied with clear and detailed installation instructions, you can automate your gate quickly and easily! Our installation guide has been designed to guide you step by step to ensure your automation system is working correctly, using clear instructions and illustrations to facilitate understanding.

These screws must be adapted to each type of gate and chosen according to its thickness.
For Casanoov swing gates, we recommend attaching your motor arms with Rivkle-type blind rivets between 8 and 12 mm long. The mounting bracket must be positioned on the reinforced slats designed for this purpose on all our swing gates and pedestrian gates.

You can connect external accessories with a 24V operating power, such as: Photocells, flashing light, backup battery, magnetic or electric lock, push button.
The gate stop should be used if you have a swing gate stop for a manual gate. When you motorize your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stop does not hold it. Your motor will be responsible for locking and securing your swing gate.
Installation tips:
Always check that your installation distances are within the specified ranges in the installation table. The installation distances determine the opening angle of your gate.
