What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

To stylishly cover large terraces, this package combines the AGOSTA 5x3m freestanding bioclimatic pergola in anthracite grey with two VADA 135cm side awnings. The AGOSTA range represents the top of the line in bioclimatic pergolas: imposing 11 x 11 cm posts, a height of 250cm well beyond the usual standards, and reinforced wind resistance up to 80 km/h. With 15.5 m² of covered area, this 5x3m format is ideal for large spaces that deserve a strong and lasting architectural design.

About the materials: The AGOSTA 5x3m pergola rests on a powder-coated aluminum frame with 6 posts measuring 11 x 11 cm, a section well above market standards, guaranteeing stability over a large span and increased wind resistance. The 76 galvanized steel slats with anthracite gray epoxy paint ensure optimal roof rigidity. The VADA blind cassettes are also made of aluminum, and their 420 g/m² textilene fabric offers recognized durability and UV protection, for a premium and cohesive package.

Care and Maintenance
The powder-coated aluminum frame and cassettes of the blinds should be cleaned once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The galvanized steel slats should be maintained in the same way, without abrasive products to preserve their epoxy coating. The textilene fabrics of VADA blinds should be cleaned with clean water. These simple and regular steps guarantee the longevity of the entire system for many seasons.
